Yes, we do offer free delivery on orders over R750.

How do I place an order?

When veiwing an item, simply select the size, color and quality needed and then 'ADD TO CART'
Once you have your desired items in your CART, simply click the 'PLACE ORDER' button.
You will be prompted to provide your personal details and delivery address.
Finally you will be directed to complete a delivery method and payment method.
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!
You can find the email on your spam box, if you cannot find it on your primary inboxes.

How do I cancel an order?

Please contact us if you wish to cancel an ororder will der before a payment has been made. We will gladly assist you.
If payment has already been made, your will be cancelled once payment clears in our bank and schedule a refund. We will confirm this with you by email and/or WhatsApp communication.

Client zone can be accessed by requestin a pin code using your email address. A prompt email confirming a pin code will be sent via your email. You can then type in the PIN code on the required field and accept our terms of use the click the submit button to log in.

What are your delivery options?

We will endeavor to dispatch your order to you without undue delay at your door using courier delivery services and Pep stores pick up points. All orders will be delivered during normal working hours. i.e between 08h00 and 17h00 weekdays.

ARAMEX DELIVERY Store to dooe delivery and may take 1-3 business working days.
PAXI PEP STORES Collect your order from your nearest pep store. Takes 7-9 business working days.
COLLECT IN STORE Your order will be ready for collection in our store once the payment clears in our bank. You will be advised to collect your order during our normal business working days.

Will i be able to exchange or return the item after it has been delivered?

Subject to the provision of the counter protection act 2008, there shall be no refundss/return. For health, safety copyright reasons no exchanges on lingeries and swimwear unless the item has not been used and its still on its sealed condition.

What is your payment waiting period and when should I expect my order to be delivered?

Payments should be done within 48 hours of placing an order with us.
Your order will be released once payment clears in our bank.
Failure to make a payment within 48 hours of placing an order will result on it being cancelled.

What is the procedure for receiving a delivered order?

Please check your order against the delivery or the invoice note to ensure that everything is correct before signing the proof of delivery document. Should any item/s be missing or damaged this will be noted on the delivery signed document.
The provider will not accept responsibility for any items which are found to be damaged/missing after the driver or courier has left or the parcel has been removed from the providers premises, unless the parcel was checked.

Which payment method are made available in your site?

We only accept an EFT/Bank transfer payment.

All bank deposit EFT's require proof of payment to be sent via WhatsApp

Orders will be released once the payment clears in our bank. It could take up 24 hours or more for the funds to clear in our bank if the payment has been made by transferring funds from a different bank.
